Description
Svenska: Örhängen sammansatta av ett droppformigt hänge och en sköldformig överdel, dekorerade med figurer i antika dräkter, guldfolie på svart botten, under glas.
På det ena örhängets nederdel en kvinna lutande mot ett ankare, på överdelen en putto med en lyra, ridande på ett lejon.
På det andra örhängets nederdel en kvinna med hjälm, sköld och spjut (Pallas Athena (Minerva)?), på överdelen en bevingad, hornblåsande putto, ridande på en hund.
Delarna förenade med guldring, fästade i öglor på delarna. På överdelens baksida en oval bygel, övre hälften utfällbar och låses i hak i sköldens överkant. Baksidorna svagt välvda.
"[...] den stackars drottningen - de plundrade henne så mycket som möjligt. Hon hade fått mång vackra smycken från kungen i samband med giftemålet liksom diamanter och pälor vid varje födsel av ett kungligt barn. Vid dessa tillfällen gav även ärkedrottningen sin svärdotter smycken och vid flera tillfällen ringar. Av dessa saker fick drottningen endast behålla den del. Kommissionen hävdade att resten tillhörde Kronan. Drottningen har sagt mig många gånger att det kändes som hon har bevittnat bouppdelningen efter sin död. Kommissionnären grälade om majestäternas egendom i deras närvaro, som om de inte vore där."
