The image license was reviewed when it was uploaded. Commons is using it under the license authorized at the time. The Flickr user has apparently changed the license there since, but the permission of the previous license is may not be revoked. Cheers, Infrogmation (talk) 01:55, 28 May 2010 (UTC)
