No fui el que inventó la bandera del municipio, pero si fui el que hizo este dibujo con ms paint y lo subió a wikipedia, yo mismo lo dibujé, por lo que es mi trabajo y me atribuyo el derecho a compartirlo. Quizá no coloqué la licencia correcta, pero esta es mi explicación.
I wasn't the one that designed the municipal flag, but I was the one who drew this figure with ms paint and uploaded it in wikipedia, I drew it myself, for that reason is my work and I asume my right to share it.
