Permission of the image[edit]
The image is from the document "FINLAND: Annual Exchange of Information on Defence Planning 2007: According to the Vienna Document 1999: Valid as of 20 March 2007: Defence Command". This is an Finnish Defence Forces document which gives the official position of the Finnish government pertaining to the Finnish defence posture. I find it hard to think about any document that would be a clearer case of "statement by an authority or a public body of Finland". Thus, I think the OTRS notice given by User:High Contrast is unnecessary. --MPorciusCato (talk) 16:18, 29 March 2010 (UTC)
