Incorrect name

This file is incorrectly named, it's correct title is the Ulster Banner and it is not the flag of Northern Ireland, how do you change the name to the correct one. Mo ainm (talk) 10:42, 13 May 2011 (UTC)

The source you mentioned only tells us, that Andrew Rosindell MP refers to this flag as "Ulster flag", but that's no official policy! axp_de^Hello! 09:45, 14 May 2011 (UTC)

This source under section 5 shows that this flag has no official status and is not the flag of Northern Ireland. It shows that title used by the UK government is also the Ulster Flag. Mo ainm (talk) 15:37, 16 May 2011 (UTC)
