This map is absolutely biased. Austria, Prussa, Warsaw were never integrated parts of the Napoleonic Empire. Maybe they were more than allied powers, but they were defenitely less than dominions or dependent territories. On the map I do not agree with the Eastern part of the read straigt line at all.
