Proportions

The flag pictured in the official annex of the law shows the flag with proportion 3:5 but according to the document issued by the premier's bureau concerning the dimensions of the flag, the official proportion is 19:36 (180:95). The length of the triangle must be 84 (using a flag length of 180), the yellow is 5 and fimbriations 6 each. The upper and lower parts have heights of 39 units.

Relating to this discussion, @MapGrid has uploaded a version based on the State Flag and Armorial Bearings Public Declaration of 1980, which is 2:3 (see also the construction sheet here). It appears as if there is a dispute over the correct ratio of the flag, as available information conflicts. If 2:3 is the correct ratio, it should probably be uploaded under this file name. Will also notify others who might be interested in this conversation, such as @Fry1989 and SiBr4, as well as @Denniss, who protected the file page.
