user: TheRealHuldra added Category:Al-Khisas to the pic. Even though these buildings were built on the grounds of what used to be once Al-Khisas, they are modern buildings and have nothing to do with that village. This category is simply ireelevant. Nobody would add Category: Ancient Rome to this file, for example, because even though this building was built in what used to be ancient Rome, it has nothing to do with it. user: TheRealHuldra also claimed that "This is the house of the former sheik of al-Khisa". This is just wrong. The main building of the hotel was indeed the sheikh's house. The buildings in this photo were all built after the sheikh left. Idobi (talk) 08:12, 21 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, I was basing my edits on the info I got from Benvenisti: Sacred Landscape, p. 206-207. I´m not sure what you are basing your info on, WP:OR? Cheers, TheRealHuldra (talk) 21:56, 21 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
As I was saying, the main stone building of the hotel, which you can see here or here WAS the sheikh's house. I suppose that this is what Benvenisti says. Does he say that the small concrete houses that are scattered next to it and look like the rest of the kibbutz's houses were also part of the sheikh's house? I find it hard to believe. Please check yourself. Idobi (talk) 05:05, 22 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Also, even this website, which strongly tends to Palestinian narratives supports what I'm saying: "לא נותר הרבה מהכפר. השטח מכוסה בעשבים. מעט דרומה משם, ארמונו של האמיר פאעור משמש כמבנה המרכזי של בית ההארחה של קיבוץ הגושרים.". The translation of this sentence is this: "There's nothing much left of the village. The ground is covered with grass. A bit south to it, the palace of Emir Faur is used as the main building of Kibbutz Hagoshrim Hotel". Idobi (talk) 05:16, 22 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
