English: Jiaozi (gyōza in Japanese, mandu in Korean) is a Chinese dumpling, widely popular in Korea and Japan as well as outside of Northeast Asia. They may be fried or boiled.
日本語: 餃子ギョウザギョーザ)は、小麦粉に水を加えて薄くのばしてつくった皮で肉やエビなどの具を包み、茹でたり焼いたり蒸したりした中国の点心。
한국어: 만두 (饅頭) 는 밀가루를 반죽하여 펴 얇게 만든 만두피 속에 야채와 고기 등의 소(음식)를 넣고 빚어 찌거나 삶거나 튀긴 음식이다.
