Hirsuties papillaris penis
Hirsuties coronae glandis or "pearly penile papules" is a harmless anatomical variation.
Hypospadias is a birth defect of the penis. The development of the phallus halts, leaving the opening of the urethra under instead of at the top of the penis. The opening can be anywhere from the underside of the glans penis, down the ventral line as far as the top of the scrotum.
This is a condition where the foreskin cannot be fully retracted over the glans penis.
