Iduh Rafael Ebo (born in Lagos, Nigeria), better known by his stage name RAF, is a Nigerian singer-songwriter, record producer and entrepreneur. He officially discontinued the use of the name Raf Blinks and selected RAF as his stage name.[1] He is one of the most decorated and successful Afro pop artists in Africa. He is also one of the most bankable artists in Africa.[2]

Early life Iduh Rafael was born in Lagos, Nigeria. He is from the Idoma ethnic group in the southern part of Benue State, in central Nigeria.[3] He attended Cedar Secondary School in Kubwa, Abuja. He study at Federal Bida Minna, where he did his National Diploma course in computer science. While attending, he performed at school organised shows and parties, as well as other regional schools such as the IBB University of Niger and Abuja University. He eventually dropped out to pursue his music career. He started composing and singing jingles at the Sledge nite Club at Abuja.

Also in 2010, he adopted the stage name "Raf Blinks". He cited the reason as "trying to shine light upon earth.[4]
