English: Sir Richard Wallace, 1st Baronet (June 21, 1818 - July 20, 1890) was an English art collector, expander of the Wallace Collection, which is today a national art museum located in London. Living in Paris, in 1872 he donated fifty drinking fountains, known as Wallace fountains, to the cities of Paris and Lisburn.
