Stoa of Attalus
Appearance
English: The Stoa of Attalus is an hellenistic monumental porticoe given by Attalus II of Pergamon (159-138 BC) to the city of Athens, as a gift for the education he had received there. It was rebuilt between 1953 and 1956 and now houses the Ancient Agora Museum in Athens.
Français : La Stoa d'Attale, Agora d'Athènes. Portique monumental donné par Attale II de Pergame à la cité d'Athènes, en remerciement pour l'éducation qu'il a reçue dans cette ville. Le portique a été reconstruit entre 1953 et 1956 et abrite maintenant le musée de l'Agora antique d'Athènes.
