Brigadier[edit]
I removed "General" from "Brigadier General" as "Brigadier" is *not* a "General-rank" in Norway (although it looks that way). There were some discussion about in when the rank was made from the old "Oberst I" (Colonel 1st class) rank, but in the end it was decided it should be without the "General". Koppe 22.
