English: This template provides a standardized categorization scheme for the numerous "Category:Audio files of [taxon]" currently in existence.

dab1Where the category name in |1= is a disambiguation like Category:Ursus (genus), the term inside the parenthesis can be added here: dab1=genus. It will render the desired parent category correctly without adding the parenthesis to a species category.emptyoptional
