Message template notifying uploaders of files having been tagged as possible copyright violations. Note: COM:Deletion policy requires the copyvio template be used instead. If the file has been deleted (or doesn't exist for some other reason), the message above is shown, but if it still exists the last two paragraphs in the message above do not appear, instead they are replaced with:

The file you added may soon be deleted. If you believe this file is not a copyright violation, please explain why on the file’s talk page.
