Template parameters

Use "~" to indicate that the language is not relevant (e.g. Arabic numerals or signature in Roman alphabet like "C. Monet 1896".
Use "?" to indicate that you cannot identify the language
For a bilingual description, you can add two language codes separated by a "/" (eg. 'language=el/he')
