{{Edit protected}} In this template, please change http://bundesrecht.juris.de/urhg/index.html to https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/urhg/index.html instead. The current link http://bundesrecht.juris.de/urhg/index.html redirects to http://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/urhg/index.html, and www.gesetze-im-internet.de supports HTTPS. Using an HTTPS link should provide increased privacy and security for users. Thanks. --Gazebo (talk) 11:56, 10 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

§ 62

{{Edit protected}} The changing of the fotographed work isn't allowed see here. Please add this like here. See also de:Panoramafreiheit#Änderungsverbot_(§ 62_UrhG) --Habitator terrae 🌍 11:18, 31 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

Not done This template has to do with freedom of panorama which is dealt with in section 59 of the German Copyright Code. Not section 62. --Majora (talk) 04:51, 6 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Majora: I think the missunderstanding the German word "Abschnitt" isn't the same then §, because the German Copyright Law is divided in "Teile", then "Abschnitte", then "Unterabschnitte" and then "§§" (see TOC "Inhaltsübersicht" of the German Copyright Law). §59 and §62 are both in Teil 1 - Abschnitt 6 (§§ 44a-63a). So §62 (1) also has affects on §59, if there is written something with "Abschnitt" (often translated with "section").
This is also good referenced in the German article de:Panoramafreiheit#Änderungsverbot (§ 62 UrhG), like I written.
