There are various types of tortillas:

  • In Central America, and much of the rest of the Spanish speaking world (and in the US) tortillas are an unleavened flatbread, made of wheat or specially prepared maize flour (masa). See: Flour tortillas, Maize tortillas

ES:español[edit]

  • En España, se llama tortilla a una fritada de huevo u omelé.
