Artist Statement[edit]
A deconstruction of visual noise in an architectural photograph is essential to fully appreciate the aesthetics, functionality, and beauty of architecture. Through the simple contour lines presented in these analytical drawings the cloudiness of the architecture is cleared and the form can be appreciated.
Methodology[edit]
A photograph is taken of a prominent building and then the skeleton of the form is sketched through smooth contours of varying line weights and values.
