Hi, and thank you for pointing this out. I apologize for not using the correct tool and for not following the proper procedure for the deletion request. I understand that this created additional work for other editors. I will make sure to use the appropriate automatic tool and follow the correct procedure in the future if I need to nominate a file or category for deletion. I appreciate the clarification and the guidance. Isaacvp (talk) 18:56, 29 September 2026 (UTC)

Copyright violation?

Hello, please check for me what kind of copyright infringement that was (a new discussion about it has come up). Thank you, : https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?diff=1002374998 -- Kürschner (talk) 15:44, 2 October 2026 (UTC)

I don't know exactly, it appears from this log that you requested deletion for a copyright violation, per Middletown Times Herald Newspaper, September 18, 1947, Page 20.   — 🇺🇦Jeff G. ツ please ping or talk to me🇺🇦 15:57, 2 October 2026 (UTC)

Thank you

Thank you for uploading File:PM Modi calls Captain Smit Machchhar, wishes him a speedy recovery.webm. Do you think we can clip out the professional photographs of the individual, from the very end of the video, to use as separate profile photos of him? Princessa Unicorn (talk) 14:00, 3 October 2026 (UTC)

@Princessa Unicorn: You're welcome. I've never tried that before, and I'm afraid my small screen size would not do it justice. You can, if you want.   — 🇺🇦Jeff G. ツ please ping or talk to me🇺🇦 14:25, 3 October 2026 (UTC)

But I mean those images displayed at the very end of the video, those would be okay as well? Princessa Unicorn (talk) 14:26, 3 October 2026 (UTC)

I added this one for now -- File:Smit Machchhar in hospital call with Prime Minister Modi.png -- I'd appreciate it very much if you took take a look and see if the image page could be cleaned up in any way? Princessa Unicorn (talk) 16:46, 3 October 2026 (UTC)
