"As other Wikimedia projects aren't blocked in Turkey, Wikipedia is from some setups (e.g. Chromebook) intermittently accessible and available for article editing (which is not possible with most VPN services) by setting the browser to use a domain name server (DNS) outside Turkey, browsing to a page of a different Wikimedia project and clicking the link to Wikipedia on that page. This is possible because Wikimedia servers share some of TLS signatures.

Universities in Turkey with Eduroam coverage implement the block by themselves. Workaround above will not work as they have deeper inspection facilities."

I mostly contributed to Turkish Wikipedia as user Onur. I also have a Flickr account, so don't worry if you see photos I uploaded on both Wikimedia projects and Flickr unless any edit of licence is required. Same applies for GüreşTürkiye, Skyscrapercity, and wowTurkey forums.
