you can use the pics for Wikipedia.
But you have to put the name of the photographer <>,
the name of the Magazine "Bright Eyes Germany" with a link to and the name of the festival "Wacken Open Air"
with link to to each photo.
If you do so, you are allowed the use them for Wikepedia.

So, I wish you success for the articles.

no, the company is closed, the rights got back to the photographers.
