Svein Magne Tunli – Norwegian landscape and travel photographer

I am a Norwegian landscape and travel photographer based in Bergen on the west coast of Norway. I mainly contribute high-quality, high-resolution images to illustrate articles on Wikipedia, Wikivoyage and other Wikimedia projects.

My photographic focus is:

dramatic coastal and mountain landscapes from western Norway (especially Bergen, Nordfjord and Lofoten),
night and Northern Lights photography,
travel images from cities and remote destinations around the world.

Beyond Wikimedia, I also share images on Google Maps, where my photos have been viewed more than 160 million times. Many of my pictures are presented in curated, high-resolution galleries on my personal website:

Lofoten is my favourite destination for dramatic coastal landscapes, fishing villages and quickly changing Arctic light – a perfect region for both daytime and night photography.
