I am Tulsi Bhagat, a Global rollbacker, administrator on the MediaWiki, Nepali and Maithili Wikipedia. I am engaged in Wikimedia Movement since 2014. My home wikis are Maithili Wikipedia (mai.wikipedia.org) & Nepali Wikipedia (ne.wikipedia.org), but I am mostly active on the small Wikimedia projects.
As an open-source enthusiast, I use open-source information to empower various languages, and preserve the contents.
As a member of SWMT, I fight with cross-wiki vandalism, spam, trolling and report it to Stewards or Global Sysops. I have created over 643 articles on maiwiki and 171 articles on newiki in order to develop and improve its content. I have 74k global edits on all Wikimedia projects, which made me one of the top Wikipedia contributors of Nepal. Moreover, I'm the first Featured Wikipedian from Nepal who has taken personal challenges i.e. and and successfully completed it.
Technology and technical work always attracts me to enter and explore the possibilities. I am also active on Wikimedia Phabricator, where I generally fix and patch Wikimedia bugs. Apart from my online contribution, I am also active in offline Wikimedia events and activities. In 2018, I started as a resource person involving with Mediawiki Awareness and Training in Indic Projects. I played key role in organizing Wikicamp Nepal 2018 in Lahan. Moreover, I've guided, organized & taken part on various online & offline events such as Wikipedia Education Programmes, Mission 10, Wiki-a-thon, Wiki Loves Earth in Nepal, Women Edit-a-thon, Wikidata's 4th Birthday, Maithili Wikipedia Anniversary events, Wiki Loves Monuments. I am participated in WikiConference India 2016 and Train The Trainer 2018 as a full scholarship participant.
