Additional skills: advanced user for several software tools both in MS Windows and *nix environment (Red Hat Linux, Debian, FreeBSD); digital photography and 3D-modelling as a hobby for technical applications and arts.

Previous work experience, a historical overview

1990-1995. Rostov State University (at present – Southern Federal University), Russia. Department of chemistry. Research division: General and Inorganic chemistry. Diploma: Master of Sciences in Chemistry.

1997-1999. Jr.Scientist (Southern Federal University).

1995-1998. Post-graduate department, Rostov State University, Russia. The research group of Dr.V.B.Nalbandyan. The collaboration with the Institute of Problems of Chemical Physics, Chernogolovka (the group of Dr.G.Shilov). Additionally: a visit to Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, Dubna.

1999. Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry. Scientist (Southern Federal University).

1999-2000. Yug Rusi ltd. (private company), Quality control department, group leader. The wide range of responsibilities from HR for new staff to some marketing procedures. The size of the quality control department at that period was up to 28 persons.

2000-2002. University of Nijmegen (Radboud University), the Netherlands. Research industrial collaboration with AGFA-Gevaert, N.V. Post-doctoral scientist. Solid state chemistry group (group leader: Professor Dr. E.Vlieg).

2002-2003. University of Groningen (Rijksuniversiteit Groningen), the Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research (NWO), scientific project. Group: Solid-state materials for electronics (group leader: Professor Dr. T.T.M.Palstra). Additionally: a visit to ISIS, Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, Harwell Oxford Science and Innovation Campus in Oxfordshire, UK. Status: post-doctoral fellow.

2014- Present Southern Federal University (SFU), Russia. Research Scientist. The work is connected to advanced materials development for fuel cells catalysts and other renewable energy sources.
