Please do not revert again to a non-SVG valid version; remember there's no clear consensus whether North Korea is currently a Communist (better: Marxist-Leninist) country or not and currently Communist state do not list North Korea as a Communist country.--Carnby (talk) 09:01, 2 August 2020 (UTC)
- Carnby, there is not consensus on the discussion page that the DPRK is not a communist state. The English Wikipedia is not a reliable source. The Britannica writing that "Today communism is the official form of government in only five countries: China, North Korea, Laos, Cuba, and Vietnam.". Please do not return non-consensual version that is not supported by reliable sources. Охранник Леса (talk) 12:08, 2 August 2020 (UTC)
- Wikimedia Commons is made for use in Wikipedias. English Wikipedia states North Korea is not currently a Communist country. There is no consensus in file talk that DPRK is either a Communist country or not (for that reason it is striped). Britannica is just one source, other sources say the opposite.
I'm sorry but if you keep reverting, I'll be forced to restore again the original version by Perhelion and to ask an administrator to protect it.However there's a way to work around the problem: Icould make easilymade a new SVG file called "Communist states (including DPRK).svg".

- Carnby, thank you for creating the image "File:Communist states (including DPRK).svg".
- But most language sections of Wikipedia consider North Korea is a communist state. Thus, the image "File:Communist states (including DPRK).svg" must be the main.
- There are 20 language sections of Wikipedia out of 39 sections about communist states containing the image.
- 14 language sections consider North Korea is a communist state: Egyptian Arabic, Esperanto, French, Croatian, Indonesian, Italian, Korean, Dutch, Portuguese, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian and Yoruba.
- 5 language sections do not consider North Korea is a communist state: Bulgarian, English, Finnish, Russian and Chinese.
- 1 section does not define specific communist state: Macedonian. Охранник Леса (talk) 15:08, 2 August 2020 (UTC)
