Hello, and welcome to Wikimedia Commons. Thank you for your contributions.

Currently, you are editing without a username. You can continue to do so, as you are not required to log in to Commons to read and edit articles; however, logging in will result in a username being shown instead of your IP address (yours is Logging in does not require any personal details, and there are many other benefits for logging in.

When you edit pages:

  • Please respect others' copyrights; do not copy and paste the contents from webpages directly.
  • If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.
  • Do not add unreasonable contents into any galleries, such as copyrighted text, advertisement messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject. Adding such content or editing articles maliciously is considered vandalism.

Also feel free to ask a question on my Talk page. I will answer your questions as far as I can! Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia. // FrankB 04:37, 14 January 2007 (UTC)

Please hold on these[edit]

Hi! I'm not sure what you are about with these, but most of these changes appear to make no sense. 11:10, 10 January 2007 (hist) (diff) Category:Categories (top) 11:09, 10 January 2007 (hist) (diff) Category:CommonsRoot (top) 07:31, 10 January 2007 (hist) (diff) Template:WikiPcat1 07:29, 10 January 2007 (hist) (diff) Category:CommonsRoot 09:52, 9 January 2007 (hist) (diff) Category:Commons help (top) 09:50, 9 January 2007 (hist) (diff) Commons:Commons categories (←Redirecting to Category:Commons help) 09:28, 9 January 2007 (hist) (diff) Category:Wikipedia categories equalized with Wikimedia Commons categories 09:28, 9 January 2007 (hist) (diff) Category:CommonsRoot 09:27, 9 January 2007 (hist) (diff) Template:WikiPcat1 (→Special note) Can you describe what these changes are about and are doing. For example, this refers to a wikipedia page which in turn refers back to the source page here.

This edit introduces a link to a Meta Page which does not exist.

I'll be glad to help you with this matter, but for the moment, this series of changes looks very undirected and much like possible experimentation or vandalism. Please discribe the purpose of these changes, and then drop a note on my talk letting me know it is here.

Alternatively, drop me an email at fabartus -at- comcast dot net, so we can discuss your aims. Thankyou. // FrankB 04:37, 14 January 2007 (UTC)

The page in meta existed, but now It doesn´t exist. The idea is to use a similar category tree (specially for main categories) for all the Wikimedia Projects, not only for Wikipedia and/or Commons. How can one do it ?. -- 06:57, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
