Unless the permission information is given, the image may be deleted after seven days. Thank you.
With uploading to Commons and license the image you allow other to reuse the image everywhere, every time, for every purpose including commercial use under the terms of an irrevocable license. To grant such permission you need to be the exclusive copyright holder. Seems like the author and source information here is wrong. Please provide evidence that you are eligible to license this image. This requires a copyright transfer, which is only possible in written form in most countries, or it requires, that the copyright holder himself placed the image under the license you now repeat there. From image distributors you normally buy a non-transferable license with restrictions on reuse concerning geographic distribution, duration of use, context of use. However, obtaining any of this kind of licenses grants you the permission to relicense the image under a free license allowing everyone to reuse. --Martin H. (talk) 16:43, 13 January 2010 (UTC)
Bids for the 2016 Summer Olympics
Hi ATR! I would like to invite you to participate in the WikiProject Olympics. I am a fan of the Olympic bid process, and followed closely your site during the election of the host city of the 2016 Summer Olympics. On the English Wikipedia, I am working in articles about the 2016 bids (see more here) like "Rio de Janeiro bid for the 2016 Summer Olympics". It would be wonderful if more pictures and information were available. Regards; Felipe Menegaz 00:57, 6 April 2010 (UTC)
