there are some tools called inpainting that can help with removing watermarks. AzaToth 23:40, 2 November 2011 (UTC)

I'm removing watermark in some files. I think the quality is good. Vitor Mazuco Msg 23:43, 2 November 2011 (UTC)

Can you explain this, please, numerous other images on nomination page are almost the same quality as nominated. Also, where are stitch errors? Thanks. --WhiteWriter speaks 16:27, 4 November 2011 (UTC)

The sky is filled with chromatic noise, especially noticeable where it's interacted with the jpeg artifacting around the tower. The crop is bad as it's missing parts to the right, then the stitching error I've marked out. AzaToth 16:42, 4 November 2011 (UTC)
Thank you very much! All best! :) --WhiteWriter speaks 18:28, 4 November 2011 (UTC)

I didn't upload the original, I just uploaded a color version, replacing the previous b/w one uploaded by another user. Bwmoll3 (talk) 03:29, 6 November 2011 (UTC)

Image Check

Can you check and see what if I added the right tags on the cropped picture in Category:Miss A. The original picture is in the source and all I did was crop it. I cropped it because there was no other picture of that person available. Lee Jaewon (Talk) 20:28, 7 November 2011 (UTC)

Looks ok. I removed the flickr tag as it's not needed on the cropped picture. But source, attribution and license seems to match AzaToth 20:37, 7 November 2011 (UTC)
Thanks. I used a picture that is cropped as a example on how to do it. Lee Jaewon (Talk) 20:41, 7 November 2011 (UTC)

The image was nominated for deletion and the person who tagged it said it was a "useless cropped of original". I'm not understanding the person since all I did was crop it so that it shows only that one person needed from picture. Lee Jaewon (Talk) 15:22, 8 November 2011 (UTC)

{{Speedynote}} now autotranslated and takes reason-param

Since I saw you like it, I just want you to notify. {{subst:Speedynote|%FILE%|%PARAMETER%}}. And the clue: AjaxQuickDelete now passes the reason-parameter, to the user-tag, too. Yes, we are slow on Commons and would need a lot of technical experienced users but it is getting better. Cheers -- RE rillke questions? 21:04, 7 November 2011 (UTC)

Is noinclude necessary if we use an onlyinlude? I thought when using onlyinlude that's not. -- RE rillke questions? 22:20, 7 November 2011 (UTC)
I think you bare right; Was some time I used onlyinclude (it's a difficult tag to get grasp upon) AzaToth 22:34, 7 November 2011 (UTC)

File:Arthur Darvill.png

Hello. I sent an email to the permissions email address yesterday. Do you know how long it takes for someone to read it and take action? Also, I'm the one who took the photo of w:Arthur Darvill for the inclusion on his WP page. How do I otherwise list that I give permission since I'm the one who took the photo and uploaded it? Thanks for your help! Hires an editor (talk) 17:52, 8 November 2011 (UTC)

your message

hi there,

thank you for stitching. I will try to fix the ISO setting. You said it's too high, so I should set it lower, but to what degree do you know? It's not the fanciest camera I know, but that's all I have... Gryffindor (talk) 13:20, 9 November 2011 (UTC)
