Unblock request declined

This blocked user asked to be unblocked, but one or more administrators has reviewed and declined this request. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked. Other administrators can also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason.

Request reason: "Hello there! it seems that I have been blocked by accident. Although the IP address is the same, does not necessarily mean that it is the same user. There are two users that have Wikicommons account and we both share the same computer. Please, can you unblock me beacuse I am not the user of Ozurbanmusic, I am someone else. Thank you for reading! Azion01 (talk) 06:30, 19 May 2010 (UTC)"
Decline reason: "Per Martin H.'s comment below. Tiptoety talk 03:42, 26 May 2010 (UTC)"

Administrators: This template should be removed when the block has expired.

  • I have contacted the blocking administrator. Tiptoety talk 22:05, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
    • I suggest to decline this unblock request. "Im someone else" is obviously untrue, technically the same user, doing the same bad things - so this is not someone else but the same. The problems (copyright violation and false author claims, flickr washing) are not metioned in the unblock request, so no evidence given here, that a minimum understanding of COM:L and Commons:first steps exists and nothing shown that the behaviour will improve in future. No reason given for unblock. --Martin H. (talk) 02:35, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
