There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful information about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.

Warning sign
This media was probably deleted.
A file that you have uploaded to Wikimedia Commons, File:Zacefron-2009movieawards.jpg, was missing information about where it comes from or who created it, which is needed to verify its copyright status. The file probably has been deleted. If you've got all required information, request undeletion providing this information and the link to the concerned file ([[:File:Zacefron-2009movieawards.jpg]]).

If you created the content yourself, enter {{own}} as the source. If you did not add a licensing template, you must add one. You may use, for example, {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}} or {{Cc-zero}} to release certain rights to your work.

If someone else created the content, or if it is based on someone else's work, the source should be the address to the web page where you found it, the name and ISBN of the book you scanned it from, or similar. You should also name the author, provide verifiable information to show that the content is in the public domain or has been published under a free license by its author, and add an appropriate template identifying the public domain or licensing status, if you have not already done so.

Please add the required information for this and other files you have uploaded before adding more files. If you need assistance, please ask at the help desk. Thank you!

I dont know, why you copy the source information (derivative work of) from File:Emmazcamera187-2 crop.jpg. It appears like you are stealing images, claim them your own work and manipulate the image description to make the image look like as it is correctly freely licensed by the copyright holder. Thats horrible, do you know exactly what you are doing here? --Martin H. (talk) 11:31, 3 December 2009 (UTC)

The image was originally uploaded with the information source flickr and author zac efron 2009. You modiefied this to "own work" - a blatant lie. Someone anticipated that you have stolen the image and that your "own work" is a lie and nominated the image for speedy deeletion. Turelio informed you not to steal images and not to upload non-free images. However, you removed the note to hide you misbehaviour, you claimed the image as a derivative work of something upload by Emma lily without giving reference to the original source and author (although the license requires! to attribute the original author...), all claims are simply wrong and stupid. I delete your uploads, stop stealing images and uploading them as "own work". --Martin H. (talk) 11:40, 3 December 2009 (UTC)
P.s.: With 376 edits on Wikipedia you should be expirienced enough to know the very, very, very basics. Very sad. --Martin H. (talk) 11:42, 3 December 2009 (UTC)

File:Corbin Bleu Reivers.jpg[edit]

Original information was

  • source: corbin bleu 2008
  • author: hsm

Now it says:

  • author: Chace Watson
  • source: Own work
  • the image claims to be a derivative work of something uploaded by Emma lily

The actual informations are all wrong. The image is neither own work nor it is derivatve of an upload by Emma lily. The image is simply copied from somewhere else and not free. Deleted per Copyright violation. --Martin H. (talk) 11:36, 3 December 2009 (UTC)

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for persistently uploading media that is in violation of Commons' licensing policy, despite our warnings not to do so, and despite our instructions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may add {{unblock|your reason here}} below this message explaining clearly why you should be unblocked. See block log.

I blocked you. You added File:Corbin In MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARD 2008.jpg under the wrong assertion that it is your own work and you added a templte claiming that you sent a written permission from the copyright holder to OTRS. Both claims are lies, your edits are only intended to trick Commons. --Martin H. (talk) 12:11, 3 December 2009 (UTC)

p.s.: You are working with examples and you copy this examples without understanding the backgrounds I suppose. The photographer of File:Zac Efron 2007.jpg gave written permission that everyone can reuse his work under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported license. That means everyone can reuse the image everywhere for every purpose. You can even sell the image to other peoples to earn money from it, as long as you attribute the original author and indicate the license (which makes commercial reuse harder).
Now what you did: You copied someone else work, you claimed authorship on someone else work, you claimed, that the copyright holder agreed to the license in written form and that everyone can reuse the image for every purpose. Wrong? Yes, it is wrong. Please rethink yourself what you just did. --Martin H. (talk) 12:15, 3 December 2009 (UTC)
