|Thanks for uploading File:Farum Park.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or send an email with copy of a written permission to OTRS (firstname.lastname@example.org). This also applies if you are the author yourself.
The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the OTRS-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded (
Hi Dannadk, thanks for uploading. However, all 3 uploads are professional material and tagged as protected/copyrighted by "Michael Barrett Boesen - boesenfoto.dk". As we don't have any evidence about your identity, please send either a confirmation or permission to email@example.com . --Túrelio (talk) 14:07, 7 February 2013 (UTC)
images from boesenfoto.dk
I work for FC Nordsjælland who have an agreement with mr. Boesen that we have full rights over his pictures.
- Hi Dannadk, yes, this is to be preferred. The permission procedure is explained on Commons:OTRS (in Danish: Commons:OTRS/da). If it is only about the current 3 images, you could just take the permission template (or the Danish equivalent), write the filenames (or full URLs) of the 3 images into it, add the name of the agreed-upon license and mail it to Mr. Boesen and ask him to date and sign it (put his name under it) and to mail it back to firstname.lastname@example.org (OTRS). The permission email will not be made public, but only checked by an OTRS volunteer, who will then tag the images covered by the permission. However, if you intend to upload more images from Mr. Boesen over a longer period of time, you should check with Mr. Boesen whether he would to agree to issue a general permission for all uploads of his images via your user account (User:Dannadk). If he agrees, this would allow to have one permission-ticket for all your uploads. Otherwise you would need a new permission for each batch of images. --Túrelio (talk) 14:27, 7 February 2013 (UTC)
