Tess Broussard at the Emmy Awards source
Hello, I see there is a question as to the source of the photo Tess Broussard at the Emmy Awards 2012.jpg It was taken with Tess Broussard's camera by an assistant working for Tess Broussard so it is in effect a self portrait.
How do I go about defining this for wiki?
- 1) "It is in effect a self portrait": No, it is not. 2) your two versions of the story have different legal outcome, you should clarify first with an legal expert what scenario applies and what you can do with the photo with what information. --Martin H. (talk) 07:18, 24 October 2012 (UTC)
