@Nenntmichruhigip, so schnell geht das nicht mit der Lizenz. Ich komme erst am Montag wieder nach Sinsheim, da kann ich das mit meinen Vereinskollegen besprechen. Das mit der juristischen Person kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Im Urheberfeld kann ich auch meinen Benutzernamen eintragen, das wäre im Ergebnis letztlich das Selbe. Ok, ich lass dir gerne auch mehr Zeit. Sagen wir einfach mal Anfang März? Falls jemand anderes die Dateien zur Löschung vorschlägt können die ja auch einfach wiederhergestellt werden. Ich will nur verhindern, dass die Bilder gelöscht werden müssten, wenn es später irgendwann mal jemandem auffällt und du das dann eventuell nicht mehr so leicht nachreichen könntest :-)

Dazu, dass nur eine natürliche Person Urheber sein kann siehe hier (und den folgenden Abschnitt zur Nichtübertragbarkeit). Siehe auch w:de:WP:BR#Fremde Aufnahmen und w:de:WP:FAQB#Rechtliches.

Verstehe ich das jetzt richtig, dass du in dem Verein bist, die Bilder hier in Absprache mit den jeweiligen Fotografen hochgeladen hast und auch noch weitere Bilder folgen würden? Dann könntest du mal auf w:de:WP:URF fragen, ob es dafür eine nicht ganz so umständliche Lösung gibt. Einfach dich selbst als Urheber angeben solltest du aber besser nicht machen, das würde vermutlich nur noch mehr Probleme geben. --Nenntmichruhigip (talk) 07:28, 13 April 2017 (UTC)

Hallo Nenntmichruhigip, geb dir völlig Recht mit Urheberrecht, das sollte man nicht auf die leichte Schulter nehmen. Klar, Formal ist ne Lizenz vom Urheber erforderlich und ich würde das ohne Absprache tunlichst unterlassen. Wie du richtig vermutet hast, bin ich seit fast 30 Jahren Mitglied (viele Jahre auch im Vorstand) in dem Verein und komme ursprünglich auch aus Sinsheim. H. Specht als Urheber der Farbbilder ist Gründungsmitglied und Vereinskassier und hat sie mir speziell zur Artikelerstellung des Vereins (da ist noch Sache mit der Relevanz) zugesandt. Ich hab die Bilder auf dem Rechner und das mit dem Wiederherstellen (per mail an WP-Support) hab ich gesehen. Bis zur abschließenden Klärung lade ich keine weiteren Bilder hoch und das Verschieben des Artikels hab ich auf Ende des Jahres terminiert. Das Thema kam erst auf, als jemand vom GeraMond Verlag bei uns war und wollte für eine Veröffentlichung über den Bahnhof Sinsheim Detailinformationen und Fotos.

Bei den Schwarz-Weis-Bildern könnte man als Urheber gegenwärtig nur Unbekannt eintragen und die CC-Lizenz einschränken. Ich schau mir die WP-Hilfeartikel mal an und vor allem das mit der juristischen Person (mir noch völlig schleierhaft). Ich werd mich auch an meine WP-Kollegen von Wikipedia:Stuttgart wenden. Wir hatten erst letzten Samstag Stammtisch.

Da du viele Beiträge und einige Bilder (z. B. KVV-Typen am Prellbock) über die dortige Eisenbahn gemacht hast, kennst du das Anwesen des Vereins sicherlich gut. Wenn du in der Nähe wohnst, wärs am Besten, kämst einfach mal vorbei (Ostermontag ist z. B. Modellbahnfahrtag). --Eisenbahn%s (talk) 13:48, 14 April 2017 (UTC)

Bei unbekanntem Urheber kann gar keine CC-Lizenz verwendet werden, da diese nur der Urheber erteilen kann, wozu er (zumindest ihm selbst) bekannt sein müsste. 1990 ist auch leider noch zu neu, dass man da einfach annehmen könnte, dass er seit mehr als 70 Jahren tot sei. Bei den Zeichnungen des Lokschuppens könnte das anders sein, und vielleicht hilft da auch sowas wie § 134 Satz 2 UrhG. Frag dazu ggf. mal mit den vorhandenen Informationen bei WP:URF nach.

Naja, „gut kennen“ würde ich wirklich nicht sagen. Scheinbar bin ich schonmal dran vorbeigelaufen :-) Aber selbst wenn ich Zeit hätte: Ich will vorsichtshalber diesen Account nicht mit meinem „echten“ Leben in Verbindung bringen (WP:Anonymität), nicht dass irgenwann ein Arbeitgeber, eine Polizei, ein Geheimdienst oder sonstwer irgendeinen Grund findet etwas von mir zu wollen.

Hallo Nenntmichruhigip, ne gibt nichts Neues. Hab auch zum Artikelentwurf auf meiner Unterseite Eisenbahnfreunde Kraichgau seither nicht weitergeschrieben, da ich auf die Zuarbeit anderer Mitglieder angewiesen bin und ich gegenwärtig im Job und so etwas eingespannt bin. Ich muss mich auch erst mal mit den Bildrechten/Lizenzen befassen und bei Wikipedia:Stuttgart etwas Unterstützung holen (soweit meine Zeit das zulässt).

Noch ne Info: nächstes Jahr ist 150 Jahre Elsenztalbahn. Es wird derzeit überlegt, entsprechende Feierlichkeiten auszurichten. Guß --Eisenbahn%s (talk) 18:31, 18 May 2017 (UTC)
