Be bold contributing here and assume good faith for the intentions of others. This is a wiki - it is really easy.
Thanks for uploading Image:Schloss Schönbrunn 0332.jpg. I notice the image page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikimedia Commons (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag, then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use {{Cc-by-sa-2.5}} to release it under the Creative Commons or {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have uploaded other media, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find all your uploads using the Gallery tool. Thank you. הצצתי בגלריות, וראיתי שכבר העלו כמה וכמה תמונות של מוצגים מהמוזיאונים, בלי לרשום יותר מדי פרטים. אם לא הורידו את התמונות האלה, אין שום מגבלה שתשימי את התמונות שצילמת. מה שכן, אם כבר פנית וקיבלת אישור, זה אפילו טוב יותר :-)

Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.
Here's how:
1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:
2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:
When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Hello. Thanks for the note. There is no rule, practice or guideline on the Commons that does not allow a parent category such as Category:Food to contain files. Quite the opposite. This is not a metacat. The image is not an icon, and the file does not belong in a category of icons. It is the word "food". I am hard pressed to understand how it does not belong in Category:Food. If you disagree, I am happy to continue the discussion on the image talk page. I am sure we will find a solution. But an icon category was not it. Thanks for pointing out that this title is not representative of the image. I would be happy to move this file, perhaps to something more specific than confectionery though? Hi Gveret Tered. I noticed that you've made a malformed deletion request. When you want to delete a file with the {{Delete}} template, you must follow the instructions in the template, including the "Click here to show further instructions" portion. Alternatively, you can click the "Nominate for deletion" link in the left sidebar, under the "tools" section, which does all of the work for you. Please do one of these, otherwise you create a lot of work for other people. A "political convention" is a a meeting of party delegates to draft a platform and select candidates. A political conference may be any large gathering to talk about politics. It is definitely a superset, not a synomym. I suspect that we have numerous other files or categories that could properly be filed as political conferences, but not as political conventions. For example, I see that Category:Netroots Nation is in Category:Political conventions in the United States, which is equally certainly wrong. I'm less sure of the status of something like Conservative Political Action Conference, which at least holds a straw poll for the U.S. presidency; it could go either way.

Here are your top three winning images:

I also want to highlight what an incredible turnout we had. In the second round, we saw a massive jump in both the number of users voting and the total votes cast. We had exactly 13,979 votes cast by 3,509 users! To put that in perspective, last year we had 7,403 votes from 2,837 users. It is amazing to see that level of growth and community engagement.
Thank you to everyone who voted, helped organize, and generally made the contest such a huge success this year!
