Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Tip: Add categories to your files

Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Wiki Loves Monuments 2014 - Ein Wiki-Beitrag für die Denkmaltopographie

Hallo Jik jik,

vor zehn Tagen endete der vierte Fotowettbewerb Wiki Loves Monuments. Du hast daran aktiv teilgenommen und wir möchten Dir dafür herzlich danken.

Mit mehr als 35 Tausend Fotos hat Deutschland wie in den Vorjahren ein gutes Ergebnis erreicht und einen Anteil von 14 % an diesem internationalen Projekt erbracht, an dem sich 40 Länder beteiligten. Sehr erfreulich ist die hohe Zahl an 651 Teilnehmern allein in Deutschland. Schon zum Abschluss des Wettbewerbs waren rund 6000 Fotos (=17 %) in Listen und Artikel eingebunden. Einen detaillierten Überblick zu den Fotos, den Bundesländern und Teilnehmern findest du auf unserer WLM-Projektseite.

Die deutsche Jury hat nun die eingereichten Beiträge übernommen und ist gegenwärtig dabei, diesen wertvollen Fotobestand zu den Kulturdenkmalen zu sichten. Am nächsten Wochenende wird in Hamburg die entscheidende Jury-Sitzung stattfinden. Wir wünschen auch Dir mit Deinem Foto-Beitrag dabei viel Glück und Erfolg. Du darfst gespannt sein und all Deine Freunde bitten, Dir die Daumen zu drücken.

Die preisgekrönten 100 Gewinner-Fotos werden in der Woche ab dem 20. Oktober veröffentlicht. Auf dieser Grundlage wird auch in diesem Jahr ein Kalender-Poster für 2015 gedruckt werden.

Auf zwei Möglichkeiten einer weiteren aktiven Mitwirkung an unserem Denkmal-Projekt möchten wir bei dieser Gelegenheit hinweisen bzw. Dich dazu einladen:

• Unsere Freunde in Österreich haben mit einem gerade gestarteten Denkmal-Cup das Editieren von Denkmallisten und Denkmalartikeln in den Focus gerückt. Bis Ende des Jahres kannst Du Punkte sammeln und Preise gewinnen. Dabei geht es mit diesem Wettbewerb nicht nur um Kulturdenkmale in AT oder D, sondern generell um Denkmale in der deutschsprachigen Wikipedia, als offen für alle Länder.

• Vom 6.-8. November findet erneut die Europäische Denkmalmesse in Leipzig statt. Mit Unterstützung von Wikimedia Deutschland e.V. werden wir zum zweiten Mal die Ergebnisse von Wiki Loves Monuments im Rahmen eines Standes sowie eines Workshops vorstellen.

WLM-Aktivisten sind herzlich eingeladen, bei der Betreuung des Messestandes sowie in den Gesprächen über Möglichkeiten einer partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit mit den Denkmalbehörden mitzuwirken. Die Reisekosten übernimmt für 8-10 registrierte Standbetreuer WMDE. Es muss nicht der gesamte Messezeitraum sein, auch eine Mitwirkung an 2 Tagen hilft uns, den Beitrag der Wikipedia für die Denkmaltopographie sichtbar zu machen.

Und schließlich gilt: Nach dem Wettbewerb ist vor dem Wettbewerb. Bereits jetzt kann jeder mit der Planung von Wiki Loves Monuments 2015 beginnen. Wir freuen uns auf Deine weiteren Beiträge für Wikimedia-Projekte.

Der WLM-Countdown hat begonnen

Hallo Jik jik,

nun ist es wieder soweit. Vom 1. bis zum 30. September findet zum fünften Mal der internationale Wettbewerb Wiki Loves Monuments statt. Im Mittelpunkt steht bekanntlich das Fotografieren von Kulturdenkmalen. Du hast an einem der letzten Fotowettbewerbe teilgenommen und wir freuen uns auf weitere Bildbeiträge von Dir.

Viele interessante Motive, nicht nur Burgen und Schlösser, sondern auch Fachwerkhäuser, Brücken und Brunnen, technische und Industriedenkmale und vieles mehr gibt es noch zu fotografieren, damit sie in der Wikipedia dokumentiert werden können. Nützliche Tipps findest du auf unserer WLM-Projektseite. Du kannst gerne individuell Fototouren durchführen oder aber Dich auch Gruppentouren anschließen. Besonders freuen wir uns auf Fotos, die Lücken in den Denkmallisten der Wikipedia ausfüllen.

Darüber hinaus kannst Du auch an der Arbeit der Jury teilnehmen, die Mitte Oktober die Fotos bewerten und die Gewinner ermitteln wird. Bis zum 15. August kannst du hier Deine Bewerbung einreichen.

Děkuji za info. Doufám tedy, že jsem to nepopletl já, nejsem žádný odborník v tomto oboru. A jak se píše na cs:Vojtěch Šíp, on pocházel z kamenické rodiny, tak by to mohl být i nějaký příbuzný, nicméně o sochaři Václavu Šípovi jsem žádnou zmínku nenašel.--Jik jik (talk) 15:34, 12 June 2019 (UTC)

Sklizeň sena a obilí

Dobrý den, díky moc za nahrání unikátních historických obrázků zemědělských prací. K popisům dvou souborů mám však připomínky: - File:Sena Domazlicko 1959 2.jpg nejedná se o sklizeň sena, ale o sklizeň obilí (pravděpodobně ovsa) pomocí samovazu taženého koňmi. Samovaz je stroj, který obilí seče a hned z něj váže snopy, což vidíme na vašem obrázku. Předchůdcem samovazu byla hrsťovka, také tažená koňmi. Hrsťovka vytvářela hrstě obilí, ale nevázala je do snopů. Vázání se pak provádělo ručně. - File:Sena Domazlicko 1957.jpg nejedná se o sklizeň sena, ale o výmlat obilí (dle snímku pravděpodobně žita – dlouhá stébla). Žena podává snopy ze žebřiňáku mužovi na mlátičku, který je vkládá do mláticího ústrojí. Na mlátičce lze přečíst část nápisu, který označuje výrobce (zrcadlově zobrazený – Domažlice). --Anaj7 (talk) 12:04, 3 December 2021 (UTC)

Děkuji za zajímavé postřehy. Do soutěže jsem nahrál diapozitivy z pozůstalosti mého děda, nadšeného fotoamatéra a vycházel jsem z popisků na krabičce, kde bylo uvedeno pouze místo a rok. Jsem městské dítě a informace, které uvádíte, jsou nad rámec mých znalostí. Prosím abyste upravil/a popisky u fotografií, podle svých znalostí a případně i zažádal/a o přejmenování souborů. Stejně tak můžete postupovat i u ostatních soubrů s podobnou tématikou (např. Sena Plzen jih 1960_2.png). Zrcadlové převrácení jsem už opravil. Jik jik (talk) 16:14, 3 December 2021 (UTC)

Tak jsem právě oběma souborům upravila popisy a jelikož se jedná o takovéto unikátní historické snímky, udělala jsem tam i propojení na články ve Wikipedii (žebřiňák, snop, mlátička), aby si lidé dovedli představit o co se jedná. Taky jsem požádala o přejmenování. Podívejte se prosím na to, zda souhlasíte. Jsem už poslední generace, která ještě toto období zažila. Vaše fotky, resp. děda, jsou unikátní nejenom v tom, že ukazují tehdejší stroje, které teď můžeme vidět různě v zemědělských muzeích, ale také v tom, že je ukazují přímo při práci. Kdybyste případně ještě někdy nahrával podobné fotky, mohu vám pomoci s popisem a klidně se na mě obraťte. Zdraví --Anaj7 (talk) 09:01, 4 December 2021 (UTC)

Děkuji za pomoc. Se změnami souhlasím. Koukněte případně i na ostatní fotky, které jsem nahrál loni v rámci "Kampaně 1948-1989". Úpravy jména/popisu by se zřejmě týkaly i souboru "Sena Plzen jih 1960_2.png", kde podle toho, co jste napsala, i to vypadá spíš jako sklizeň obilí. Nějaké podobné fotky, z venkova 50.-60. let, které jsem nenahrál ještě mám, ale buď mi jejich technická kvalita připadala nedostatečná, nebo detaily tváří zúčastněných osob přiliš ne-anonymní. A i když jde z většího již o osoby zsenulé, nemám jistotu, zda širší příbuzenstvo by souhlasilo s jejich zveřejněním. Jik jik (talk) 09:30, 4 December 2021 (UTC)

Máte pravdu, soubor "Sena Plzen jih 1960_2.png" nejsou sena, ale žně. Už jsem to opravila a už je přejmenovaný na "Žně Plzen jih 1960 2.png". Prošla jsem i ostatní soubory "Kampaně 1948-1989" a někde jsem doplnila kategorie. A u všech, které zobrazují sklizeň sena, jsem přidala "Category:Haymaking in the Czech Republic". A koukám, že je zde hned jako první soubor "File:Hoslovický mlýn, Historické minipříběhy a kuriozity.jpg", který je zde zařazen nesprávně (fotka není vaše). Ukazuje panáky obilí nikoli sena.
