Contributing nature photographs, etc
Firstly, I have deleted the photo as per Commons:Deletion requests/File:Kate Branch.JPG. Don't worry where I state that you are not "notable" per English Wikipedia standards, it doesn't reflect on you as an individual or anything of the like, it simply has to do with standards of notability on that project. Given that the photo is not in use, and you would rather it be deleted, I've gone ahead and deleted it on that basis.
In relation to your donating of photographs to Wikimedia Commons, could I ask you how many images you are wanting to upload? Dependant on whether it's a smallish or a largish batch, I can quickly gather some information for you which will assist you in contributing to the project, and how to you can go about creating a profile, etc, etc.
Feel free to respond here; I will watch this page and I will see your response. Additionally, if you "sign" your posts with ~~~~, this will insert a user page and talk page link for you.
Thank you for your prompt response. I appreciate the delete. I have black and white nature images or -Airs Rock (2) shot with hasselblad -Sydney harbour (2) Pamoramic shot with hasselblad -Palms (uploaded) -Moon (uploaded) -Close up of flowers 3 (my favorite, but you may want to reveiw as abstract) And I am about to take a nature photographic walk monthly capturing flora and fauna of Australia. So I am assuming five images per month? All photographed with a cannon. This area is my hobby and would like to donate the images. Hello Russavia, I also just wanted to add why I would like to donate the flower images. I photographed them with E6 film. Kodak has since discontinued this film due to digital cameras. I created a unique colour with film cameras and I thought you may like to have examples of this. It is quite a unique colour and you could "cross process" the film to create dream like images. http://www.bjp-online.com/british-journal-of-photography/news/2156493/kodak-discontinues-colour-reversal-films Sincerly Katebranch (talk) 07:10, 23 August 2013 (UTC)katebranch
