New FP gallery page for gardens and parks

Hello Laitche, one of the most obvious gaps in our Featured picture galleries is the lack of a gallery page for featured pictures (FPs) from gardens, parks and other artificial green spaces. (With “parks”, I mean city parks, palace parks and other planned parks, not national parks and nature parks which protect natural landscapes.) The Natural Scenes gallery pages are only for FPs from natural landscapes. Therefore FPs from gardens and parks are scattered across many gallery pages – Places/Other, Palaces, Bridges, Roads, Cityscapes, Natural Phenomena and, of course, Natural Scenes –, often with pictures of the same park being split up between two or three gallery pages.

Since a long time I think this is an unsatisfying situation, and so I have drafted a new gallery page for FPs from gardens and parks. One can certainly debate whether any particular image belongs in this gallery or another, but overall, the new gallery page seems to me a significant improvement; it offers a good overview of our FPs of horticulture, garden art and garden architecture, and also brings together images of the same location that were previously kept separate.

A number of your FPs would be included in the new gallery (see the section on Japan). In the past a few photographers have occasionally objected quite strongly to having their images moved to a newly created gallery page; none of us needs any unnecessary conflict, and so I would like to ask kindly if you would be agreeable to having your images moved to the new gallery page.
