И ещё интересно, как вы, передавая свои вещи в музей, сможете получить от музея разрешение на коммерческое использование изображений этих вещей. Цветные слайды отсканировала ручным сканером (photos.app.goo.gl/NgvZQhMsqgh1dh9E8), за остальные плёнки дала много денег профессиональному копицентру.
Вообще, я в очередной раз поражена Вашим подходом.

Тут вы два вопроса соединяете. Во-первых, была публикация изображений ваших вещей, её нельзя смешивать с публикацией вещей, находящихся в музее. Во-вторых, через лицензию вы управляете авторским правом, а музейное право совсем отдельное, оно принадлежит музею. Я понимаю, как вы сканировали слайды, и полагаю, что это очень простое сканирование начального уровня. А как сканировал копицентр? вижу обсуждение про плёнку: плёнку от пыли можно промывать в бачке в холодной воде, так же как при проявке. В воду надо добавить поверхностно-активное вещество, и потом повесить её сушиться так, чтобы она не слиплась, и с неё слились капли. Я не пробовал, но читал. Вы мне, не называя, тыкаете в закон О Музейном фонде Российской Федерации и музеях в Российской Федерации, и в текст Передача прав на использование в коммерческих целях воспроизведений музейных предметов и музейных коллекций, включенных в состав Музейного фонда Российской Федерации и находящихся в музеях в Российской Федерации, осуществляется музеями в порядке, установленном собственником музейных предметов и музейных коллекций.
Есть некоторая данность, которую имеет организация, получающая предметы: фотографии передаваемых предметов уже опубликованы под свободной безотзывной лицензией. Становясь новым собственником, музей не может ничего сделать с уже произошедшей публикацией. Сделать что-то с публикациями фотографий экспонатов -- может, да и то не обязан ничего ограничивать автоматически. В целом это вообще неважно, так как сводится к тому, какие права получает собственник предмета вне зависимости от того, музей он или нет.
Вместо хотя бы цитирования своей логической цепочки с подтверждением конкретными нормами права, Вы просто игнорируете юридически важные положения и сводите ситуацию к "а вы должны что-то там от музея, патамушта у музея закон, так что будьте россиянкой", то есть сводите к некоему собственному сочинению на тему. Это досадно, длится не первый год и утомительно.

Качество отсканированных центром плёнок несравнимо с качеством отсканированных мной слайдов; этого более достаточно. Да, я видел то, на что вы дали ссылку. Мне подумалось, что это лишь часть документа. Там лишь правила транслитерации, но никакой конкретики по переводу — пишут, что можно делать лишь транслитерацию без перевода, также можно делать перевод только статусной части; перевод как статусной, так и основной части. Отсутствует перечень того, какое именно название статусной части на русском должно соответствовать переводу на английский. У меня вызывают вопросы некоторые действия по улично-дорожной сети. Например, категории ряда конкретных шоссе (Московское и тд) были переименованы в хайвеи. При этом эти хайвеи продолжают входить в надкатегории шоссе, существующие для нескольких стран. Я кинула ссылку на обсуждение в чат юзергруппы, авось дойдут.
"Никакой конкретики" -- ну так да, ведь сказано, что жёсткого стандарта нет. Но примеров там достаточно.
Я пока не понимаю что нам доходить, тут и так всё относительно очевидно. Но замечу, что вопрос хотя бы минимальной стандартизации названий улиц на постсоветском пространстве давно висит в воздухе. Поскольку в Санкт-Петербурге существуют официальные правила транслитерации на английский язык, а также грамматические правила английского языка, заставляющие писать всё с заглавной буквы, то хотя бы улицы-проспекты-переулки можно стандартизировать (насчёт остального, вроде правильного написания "Dostoevskogo/Dostoevsky" можно ещё долго спорить). Спасибо за то что приводите транслитерацию к одной системе, я в том как надо писать улицы латиницей ничего не понимаю. I also want to highlight what an incredible turnout we had. In the second round, we saw a massive jump in both the number of users voting and the total votes cast. We had exactly 13,979 votes cast by 3,509 users! To put that in perspective, last year we had 7,403 votes from 2,837 users. It is amazing to see that level of growth and community engagement.

Dear member of the Commons Photographers User Group,
I hope you’re well and enjoy your time as a photographer on Wikimedia Commons. In my role of the new chair of the user group, I have a couple of updates to share with you.
After the election, the new board met for the first time on March 21 and immediately got to work. We elected the organization’s officers and decided to move from quarterly to monthly board meetings. We believe meeting more frequently will create more opportunities to serve our members effectively and help move the group forward.
We also successfully applied for a pre-conference at the upcoming Wikimania in Paris (July 21–25). If you’re planning to attend the conference, please consider joining us on July 21th for a day full of conversations about photography and Commons. Please sign up here if you’re interested.
And finally, it’s my pleasure to invite you to our first online meeting, which will take place on May 31. В Интернете была опубликована пожатая compressed версия без exif (вот тут, фото № 2, на Викисклад сначала я загрузил ее). There is also a service announcement for all photographers coming to Paris: Unfortunately, France has no freedom of panorama at all. Therefore, Commons does not accept photos of modern buildings, public art or light installations at night. Read more about the problem here.

der Wettbewerb Wiki Loves Earth 2026 in Deutschland ist beendet. Im Rahmen der Kampagne haben 274 Teilnehmende 10.354 Fotos hochgeladen, die bereits über 686 Wikipediaartikel und Einträge auf Wikidata bebildern. Sämtliche hochgeladenen Fotos kannst du hier ansehen.
Um aus diesen Beiträgen die besten Fotos zu finden, läuft bis zum 15. Juli die Vorjury. Über Unterstützung bei dieser würden wir uns sehr freuen.
Die Siegerfotos werden voraussichtlich Anfang August verkündet.
Wie in diesem Jahr wird es auch im nächsten Jahr wieder einen Sonderpreis geben. Im nächsten Jahr wird der Sonderpreis „Jahreszeitserien“ heißen. Wir suchen hier Aufnahmen des gleichen Motivs zu verschiedenen Jahreszeiten. Bis zum 1. Mai 2027 gibt es also schon etwas zu tun.
Wenn du nicht bis zum nächsten Jahr warten willst, kannst du ab dem 1. September bei Wiki Loves Monuments, dem Fotowettbewerb rund um Kultur- und Baudenkmäler, deine Fotos hochladen. Fotografiere dafür jetzt schon die passenden Motive.
Außerdem möchten wir an dieser Stelle auf unseren ersten Fotokurs hinweisen. Nach deiner Teilnahme an Wiki Loves Earth bist du zum Kurswochenende vom 28. bis 30. August in Fürth eingeladen. Здравствуйте, Анастасия! Хотел бы уточнить пару моментов. Дело в том, что я помог одному человеку написать письмо в VRT с уточнением лицензий и восстановлением его фото, которые изначально были загружены мной на устной договоренности, а после у него была попытка загрузить фото через Flickr, что я и указал в описании файла. Однако фото все же удалили, так как не было понятно до конца он ли загрузил или нет. И как раз вы были той, кто ответил ему в письме, сказав, что была неверно оформлена страница и указание лицензии, и ему нужно сделать повторную загрузку. Тут как раз не он на Вики грузил, а я, из-за чего и было отправлено письмо, и в итоге такая непонятка произошла. Хотелось бы узнать, получиться ли восстановить фото, после моего объяснения ситуации. Коллега, так или иначе проблема была не в том, что надо было подтвердить правообладателя, а в том, что при загрузке вообще не была указана лицензия. Вы пробуете использовать ВРТ там, где оно не нужно (ну разве что может быть полезно как справочная система). Вы можете или самостоятельно написать заявку commons:Undeletion requests, сказав "я не очень опытен на Викискладе и забыл указать лицензию, файл перенёс с фликра, вот ссылка на фликр, по которой видно, что с лицензией всё в порядке", или перезагрузить с помощью той ссылки, которую я дала -- по ней необходимое оформление будет сделано автоматически.
