Notification about possible deletion
[edit]Some contents have been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether they should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at their entry.
If you created these pages, please note that the fact that they have been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with them, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues. |

File:Pianto (1978).jpg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.
The file you added has been deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you believe that the deletion was not in accordance with policy, you may request undeletion. (It is not necessary to request undeletion if using VRT; the file will be automatically restored at the conclusion of the process.) Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Your account has been blocked
[edit]Please take the three days to decide whether you want to follow the Commons rules or simply be a nuisance. If you follow the rules, as I have said on my talk page, it is very likely that your grandmother's paintings will be restored after they are deleted and all will be well. If you do not follow the rules, both by not signing your posts (see the many messages above) and by creating pages that have been deleted, then the next block will be longer.. Jim . . . False {{PD-old-70}} claim
[edit]A photograph of a sculpture has two copyrights attached: one for the sculptor, and in this case since they created it in 1978, they cannot have been dead over 70 years (indeed Clemen Parrocchetti died in 2016), and also the photographer, who is also not yet dead. Since you are neither the sculptor nor the photographer, you are violating both copyrights by uploading File:Pianto (1978).jpg. In addition, you are not permitted to simply re-upload after deletion, the proper method if you believe a deletion was in error is to request undeletion at COM:Requests for undeletion. If you attempt to circumvent our rules again and violate copyright, you will be blocked. Have a nice day. Storkk (talk) 16:41, 14 June 2017 (UTC)

Copyright violations
[edit]
Hello Martino Guidobono Cavalchini.
You have uploaded one or more files that are copyright violations. You have done so despite requests from editors not to do so, and despite their instructions. See Commons:Licensing for the copyright policy on Wikimedia Commons. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules by subject matter useful. This is your last warning. The next time you upload a file that violates copyright, you will be blocked. Please leave me a message if you have further questions. |
