Hi Matanya. How are you going? I wanted to ask more information about ticket:2012121810000037. This came to my attention after I discovered a user had been uploading files with a link to this OTRS ticket. Generally users are not permitted to add OTRS tickets or imply that OTRS permission has been granted – only OTRS agents can add the tag. I'm referring to File:Yamam-Israeli-CT-unit-2.jpg and the 3 cropped versions created from it.

So my question is, according to this ticket, can it be understood that *all* images on the Israel Police Facebook profile are covered by this ticket? Is it sufficient? If so, we should create a template.
