- "No copyright" as stated in the footnote to the website still is not proof the free license could be applied - we say that there are "some rights reserved" when putting work under a free license, which is not the same. If the owner of the magazine agrees to put these files under a public domain / CC license, please have them send an email to permissions-commonswikimedia.org - this will clarify the situation a lot.
