Hi Potter, Thanks for your appreciation of my picture at FP. If you move your ass around Commons a bit more... (I'm just kidding, but thats how it works :-))), you will be able to vote the next time. Thanks sicerely --Wolfgang Moroder (talk) 22:04, 19 March 2012 (UTC)
|File:Bassano Virtus.svg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.
1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:
2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.
- [[Category:Category name]]
For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:
- [[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]
When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations"). Pro-tip: The CommonSense tool can help you find the best category for your image.
Serie B Maps
Hi, don't know if you're italian or not, but I write in english just to be sure. I saw you uploaded the pics of the map with the location of the teams in the pages of Serie B 2013-2014 and 2012-2013. I uploaded the pics for previous years. I ask you: do you want me to create the pics like the old ones and upload them instead of yours or do you want to create the pics also in the next years? For me it's not a problem. Ciao! --El passs (talk) 10:05, 22 October 2013 (UTC) answer here please https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discussioni_utente:El_passs
[The following was copied from a gallery page] Hi El Passs! Yes I'm italian :) I think that the answer of your question is in the will of the community: shall we ask here which of our 2 version is more suitable to the will of the community? For me, it's the same ;) --Pottercomuneo (talk) 10:52, 22 October 2013 (UTC) [copy ends] . Jim . . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 12:45, 22 October 2013 (UTC)
