Technical assistance in filemoves for names that are taken by redirects

I'm texting you as a recently-active en-speaker Admin, 16 of my uploads were renamed three days ago in a series of multiple identical acts by one of our users, and I need to fix them back (given that the filenames which had existed prior to those acts were valid and that the renaming was invalid), but my filemove feature isn't helpful for this because all superseded filenames were automatically converted to respective redirect pages, which makes the restoration to them fail (you get a "The name you have specified exists"). Very kindly help. I messaged another Admin two or three days ago with this pressing request, strangely however no action has so far been taken and the files are still corrupt and I'm very very unhappy; if I'm granted the delete tool I can manage this by just kicking the redirs and retrieve my filenames as easy as editing anything else, but since I can't delete the redirs it's all about getting you repairing it. thank you 16 times.

In my opinion, the advice of Magog_the_Ogre is sound. Best wishes in 2014, Walter Siegmund (talk) 22:49, 27 December 2013 (UTC)
What? What do you mean about "advice"? What must be done for getting this thing fixed, given that I still don't have a deletor permission to get the redirs red? Orrlingtalk 23:53, 27 December 2013 (UTC)
I'm exceptionally unhappy, some user has renamed many of my uploads invalidly and unlike ordinary edit situations I cannot undo those acts due to a technical barrier, that I've specified to you; would you please assist, or endorse me with the deletion tool for this set of redirects? Orrlingtalk 00:05, 28 December 2013 (UTC)
I have already messaged the filemover themselves, if this is what's being worried about Orrlingtalk 00:14, 28 December 2013 (UTC)
As Magog_the_Ogre has explained, administrator Marcus Cyron moved the files in question. To reverse this, it must be discussed at COM:ANU. You may wish to suggest that some or all of the moves do not follow the guidance of COM:RENAME. You should reference your discussion with Marcus Cyron, also. I'm taking a break and will not comment further here. I will try to comment, if you bring it to COM:ANU. Best wishes, Walter Siegmund (talk) 04:59, 28 December 2013 (UTC)
Thank you very much for this. I see now, that the COM:ANU which is a forum I've never used before and havn't been aware of until the other person mentioned it, is encouraged by you as the place to get these filenames reversed. I couldn't be more doubtful about the compatibility of a 'user problems' venue for a matter that is only technical and is rather non-administrative. But will go the way you told me. I can all-in-all hope that you understand even partially how I'm off and terribly miserable with that stunning vandalism of my voluntary contribution to this project since it happened out of nowhere on Sunday. Best wishes. Will go ANU now. Orrlingtalk 12:27, 28 December 2013 (UTC)
