Why are you uploading PNG versions of vector images that you have uploaded too ?

Thank you for vectorising all the Flags of Austria-Hungary, good work. Do you think you could be so kind to vectorise the rest as well, for example Image:Flag of the Duchy of Modena.png and others you might have missed?
