Deutsch: Der bereits im Mittelalter angelegte Almkanal im Bundesland Salzburg zweigt bei Hangendenstein (Gemeinde Grödig, nächst der Staatsgrenze zu Bayern) von der Königsseeache ab und verläuft Richtung Norden nach Salzburg. Dort verzweigt er sich in mehrere Arme und fließt teils unterirdisch durch das Stadtgebiet. Alle Arme münden in die Salzach, der östlichste Nonntalarm aber zuerst in den Hellbrunnerbach.
