Description
English: Example certificate chains when using cross-certification at root CA level between two PKIs
  • Each box represents a certificate, with its Subject in bold.
  • Arrows between certificates mean "signed by" (or, more precisely, "signed by the secret key corresponding to the public key contained in...").
  • Certificates with the same color (that are not white) contain the same public key.
