Founded by Wilhelm Leopold in November 1886 and closed by the 'Reichspost' on March 31, 1900.

Rearing horse, similar to the arms of Stuttgart. Perforated 13.5, many shades are known.

1887, July[edit]

Additional issue, caused by the raise of the printed matter rate to 1.5 Pfennige.

Issues of 1886 surcharged.

1890-99[edit]

Different perforation then previous issues: 11.5, large and small perforation holes exist. Many shades.
