English: Aura is a NASA satellite that monitors the Earth's ozone layer, air quality and climate. It was built by Northrop Grumman Space Technology, and is operated by NASA. It was launched by a Delta II 7920 rocket from Vandenberg Air Force Base on July 15, 2004.
